I've been trying to get some monsters together to add to my portfolio. In the first series of sketches I started to draw creatures that utilize organic shapes. This was one of the first creatures to crawl its way on to my drawing board.

These were some rough character sketches for a recent contest on conceptart.org. The contest was to create one fantasy character with a good and a bad version. I chose to create an assassin.

Don't Dispair!!!! Art is in the air

I know I haven't posted anything in a long time, but that does not mean I haven't been working. I am currently putting together a series of brut-ish looking monsters to add a more sci-fi/fantasy element to my portfolio. Strangely I got into concept because I wanted to draw monsters and oddly enough that is the thing lacking most in my porfolio.
